Luceros 310 New Apartment - Alicante

Great place to stay while in Alicante! 🌟

i also really enjoyed the a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. the bathroom was clean, it had a bathtub. the window was facing mountain. the owner made me feel at home.

It had a perfect setting just off all destinations between Alicante & Benidorm, the train station and the airport bus stop on the most central Luceros square with a lot of pubs, cafes, stores, supermarkets, and stores. The bed was comfy and had hypoallergenic pillows😃

our recent stay in alicante was perfect. luceros 310 exceeded all our expectations - clean, well-equipped, and with a stunning balcony view. highly recommended!

Kitchen cupboards were filthy.

Fabulous location in the heart of Alicante, close to Plaza Luceros, airport bus stop, tram stop, cafes, restaurants. Stunning view from the 19th floor balcony, clean apartment, modern bathroom, great shower. Good communication from the owner, easy access with a key in a combination box.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It is close to the center and within walking distance to the beach. the view from the balcony is breathtaking, offering a beautiful panorama of the city. the room is bright and comfortable with modern amenities. the bathroom is clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. the host is friendly and welcoming, providing little treats upon arrival.

The parking options in the vicinity of the hotel can be quite limited and expensive.

Spectacular view of surrounding hills, clean rooms with cozy ambiance. Well-equipped kitchen and wonderful shower. Excellent value for a short stay. Good communication and thoughtful touches by the owner.

The value for money at Luceros 310 was really good, with a clean and fully equipped apartment including kitchen essentials. The location was perfect, close to transportation and within walking distance of the beach.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

the view from the balcony at luceros 310 was absolutely stunning, even better than our previous stay in alicante. the location was perfect with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a wonderful shower and chilled water in the fridge. yolanda's communication was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Shower tap didn't work properly.

A cozy and clean apartment with fine views of the city. The owner was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our bags after checkout. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Luceros 310!

Key location near the train station and bus stop, with plenty of pubs, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. Great view from the 19th floor and fast elevators. Also appreciated the air conditioning, refrigerator, and microwave in the room.

Complicated communication with the host as there was no human contact and delays in response. Language barrier made it difficult to understand appliance functioning.
